The TenaZ NODIET Method is a flexible lifestyle plan that helps you lose fat, improve energy, and eat real food — without strict diets or calorie counting.


🍽️ Core Rule: Eat 1 Meal + 1 Meal Suplement

  • Eat 1 proper meal per day (Choose only 1: Breakfast or Lunch or Dinner)

  • Suplement the other 1 meal with:

  • Eat only during the first 12 hours of your day

  • Break your fast within 30 minutes of waking using a lean protein or Shake

To support hydration and digestion:
Weight (kg) ÷ 10 = glasses of water per day
(Example: 80kg ➜ 8 glasses)

Basic Instructions

🔹 Serving Size:
1 scoop (15g) per meal
• If you weigh more than or exercise to improve your health, fitness or fat loss results, add a lean protein the size of your palm with your Shake

🔹 Replace Meals:
• For weight loss: Suplement 1 meal per day (usually lunch or dinner)
• For weight maintenance: 1 meal per day


💧 How to Mix your Shake

Mix 1 scoop with one of the following:

Water
Yogurt or Milk
Full cream (first 8 hours)
Fat-free (first 12 hours)
Sugar-free juice or diet cold drink
• Blend with spinach for a “Popeye Shake” (great for hunger control)


🥦 Extra Tips

• If you’re still hungry after your Shake, eat up to 3 cups of veggies
• Drink water: Your weight ÷ 10 = glasses per day
• Limit sugar & wheat
• Follow our NODIET Method with one proper meal a day and portion control
