Directions for Use

Mix 1 nearly full scoop (15 g) with 200 ml water or milk. Mix thoroughly and drink within 15 minutes. Serve together with approximately 3 cups of mixed vegetables as per the NODIET plate guidance. Note: using milk instead of water increases kilojoule intake.

Suitable for adults 18 years and older.
